Ouch! Tired of this pain

I've gotten my tubes tied 11 1/2 years ago. Every month my periods are not normal since then. Very bad pain and lots of heavy bleeding. Ibuprofen doesn't help. Midol doesn't help and I don't really have money nor insurance to go to a doctor. Anyone else have this problem. Please help!
