Second pregnancy first was a miscarriage. I'm due in February , my first appointment is July 13th I'm 5 weeks&2days. Previous experience wasn't good because I had to tell everyone I miscarried. Should I wait til after the first ultrasound or save zone 12wks .... help??? Please. When should I?
