PCOS TWW
I was just diagnosed with PCOS this month and my doctor spared no time in getting me on Letrozole and metformin. Took Letrozole cd 3-8 as prescribed. Continuously increasing my metformin every week until I get to 1,700 mg a day. Went in for a follow up TVS and bloodwork this past Wednesday and I had three follicles ready to go and I was ready to ovulate soon!
Later that day, I felt a weird crampy twinge in the lower abdomen that threw me off as I've never felt that before. I hope it was me ovulating. That night and the next night my husband and I BD. I've also had a very tiny amount of spotting in my cm the last 2 days. I hope this is ok.
Pray for me as I go through my first TWW while on fertility meds. I hope that this will be the first and only time I'd have to do this to conceive baby #1
