Do I need to take a prego test

Glow says I ovulated on the 10th it could be accurate maybe not my af is not due until the 24th my last cycle was from May31 -June 2nd during around the 10th of this month for bout 4 days I was cramping in my abdominal but mild cramping . For this whole week my boobs been having a little tingling and so have my nipples on and off I want to wait until the 24th but should I gone and test . Are these pregnancy signs also been having fatigue and thrown up once cause of eggs and coke cola the other day. When do I need to test???
