Confused!!! What is going on? *rant*

I just feel weird! My back hurts, my neck hurts, I'm kinda dizzy, and a little nauseous but I know it can't be that I'm pregnant because I only had sex with my husband yesterday and my period ended a few weeks ago...ovulation didn't start until today....we used pull out method and we are REALLY good at effective use of that method....ugh if I don't feel better after dinner I'm going to have my husband take me to the ER...with the blood thinners I'm on this could be bad if not addressed. I mean come on it would be WAY to early to get symptoms of pregnancy so this has to be something else....right?
