😩😩😩😩😩

So I've been extremely nauseous the past like 4 days, I have the mirena IUD , I've been on it for a month & this is the first times I've felt nauseous, I thought I was pregnant at first bc I had all the symptoms of pregnancy & I'm on my period so that changed my mind. I know a lot of people that got pregnant being on the IUD so it worries me, but why am I so nauseous? Is it because of the bc or something else???😕
