Is it normal?

So I gave birth 4 months ago and since the 2nd month I kept eating a lot n felt like I never got full , now I keep eating n eating n don't get full idk what to do 😓 I wanna loose weight ( 160 pounds currently ) and I wanna be 130 idk what works outs to do n when I do Abbs work out I don't feel it working . Anybody know about fitness and what is it that I can do to loose weight?? Please help a sister out 😓
