Clear Blue Digital <--- please help!!

I have PCOS and I use the clear blue digital opk and I know with PCOS its had to rely on them to be accurate but today I got a solid smiley what is the chance I am ovulating? I also had some white ish discharge earlier today. PLEASE HELP!!
