Fatigue

Omg I'm only day two of missed period I'm so tired and so fatigue my poor boyfriend is doing the best he can to make me feel better he says I'm mean too which he is handling it fine but I feel so bad so tired and so sensitive. I thought it would be too early to feel like this. Has anyone else had these symptoms in pregnancy this early. ? I just got my faint positive the day off my missed period
