4 weeks and can't stop taking tests

I got my positive result 10 days past ovulation and 4 days before AF. I have PCOS and miscarried in December and January so I am extremely paranoid. My first positive was a digital then just to be sure and see a line I took a dollar store test the same day. now I can't stop taking them to see if my line gets darker. on the 15th my doctor had me do labs and my HCG was a 39. am I freaking out for nothing? What should I do?
