Confused if I'm pregnant or not?

My belly goes hard and I have a bump figure (small) I often feel bubbles in my belly, I always have back ache, sore breast? And feel sick.. I bleed but a light amount I would class as spotting? However I'm only 15 years old. I can't speak to my mum or dad as I don't have a close relationship with them? I'm scared! Please give me some advice ..

Are you late on your period? You wouldn't feel anything in your belly for several months if you were pregnant.

Not to be harsh Hun, but if you cant talk to an adult about this you might not be old enough for sex as it has a lot of risks and consequences if not done carefully. Good luck. Be careful, you are too young to be a parent.

There should be a teen center called Las palmas teen center they can test you for free....  If you want to know sooner go to any dollar store and get a pregnancy test if you can talk to the person you had sex with make him help you get a test asap I hope you are not because of your age but if you are good luck and hope all goes well

The only real symptom of early pregnancy you have sore breasts... Other than that you don't seem like you'd be pregnant. You're probably just growing & gassy.
