Yeast infection? Please help

Hello Glowers! I need a bit of info/advice. I'm 19 and I think I just got my first yeast infection but I'm not sure so I'm hoping someone with experience can help. What are signs and or symptoms of it, what causes it, and how to cure it?

Usually it'll be really itchy down there and red and swollen. And it might smell.

You should call the doctor and they will prescribe you a pill to take. Usually it's just one pill and it goes away.

It's very itchy. You can buy AZO probiotics for yeast infections at the drug store or grocery store like Walmart. That stuff works for me! And also Monistat!

I usually have itching, burning, alot of discharge, and sometimes cottage cheese looking discharge.
