Ok I need some serious help

Just taken this I'm over two.weeks late and my nipples r soar I've had a neg blood work 2 weeks ago and negative pregnancy test last week at gp all my other tests have been neg aswell until this one now what should I do can't ask my mum as she passed away just last week xx
