Is it possible I'm pregnant??

Okay so, I just started my birth control this past month on May 31st on a Sunday start. I also missed the pill on June 6th and took it the 7th.. This past week or so I have been a few hours to almost 12 hours late taking my pills and missed a couple pills in there. I had unprotected sex the 13th,16th,17th,18th and twice the 20th. Last night (the 20th) I took my first inactive pill. I still haven't bled which I guess is normal, but if I don't bleed at all during my inactive/estrogen only pills(those start the 22nd), could I be pregnant or is it just messed up because of my inconsistency? Also, I've been taking Cephalexin.
