Is my BBT chart normal?
Hi all,
I started chatting my bbt just before AF started, as you can see I have only been taking my bbt for 9 days.
I'm a bit concerned that so far it seems to be a bit all over the place. Is this normal?
I take my temperature at the same time every morning before I have even listen my head off of my pillow.
