Ovulating??

I've been taking the clear blue digital ovulation tests the ones that tell you as much as 4 days before or whatever as well as bfp brand ovulation strips since the 14th of June..got my first blinky smiley face on the 18 and still getting them even today...I usually only get blinky smiley faces for a couple days and my strips have been negative too...why do I keep getting high and not peak?! Temps are low too
