Advise after miscarriage

So this is my first cycle since my mc In April. My period took 36 days to come back. Usually my cycle is 29-31 days and lasts 5 days . I was having sex the month before my period after the mc just in case but on June 9th I did a test and it was negative so anyway I use the clear blue ovulation and in the past my average ovulation day is 16 but since my period was 36 days I didn't get a positive until day 20 and it was a fmu so it could have been day 19 as well. The week leading up to that I was having a lot of fertile cm but when I got my positive it was basically dry. We had sex from Friday - on just in case. Sat my nipples started hurting. And now I'm so upset that maybe my ovulation was too late and my period is coming? Does this make sense , any insight?
