Cyst On Ovary... Help

So Yesterday I was having abdominal cramping and pain on my left side . I'm 6 Dpo And not testing till the end of this week but I went to the ER and they found a tiny cyst on my left ovary my sister stated she had a cyst each time with my niece and nephew that it's coming and it can also be a good sign . Has anyone had a tiny cyst but still found out they were pregnant ? I'm hopin to get my BFP this month or im done trying .. Anyone any advice ?
