Blood Pressure
What's considered high to you? My average is 125/75 (ish), but I've been getting frequent migraines, dizzy spells, hot flashes, and heart racing and I'll check my BP and it'll be 137/87 with a pulse of 100+ I've been monitoring it. My mom doesn't seem to think its high. Others do. My hubby is just kind of oblivious. (Go figure).
