Should I use protection after messing up my birth control schedule?

I went camping for my birthday for three days. We got there and I had forgotten my birth control ortho tri cyclen lo, my mom handy left yet so I called her to bring it. I usually take it at four and I took it around 9. Then the next day I was canoeing and my boyfriend misread my Dads military watch and I took it an hour early at 3 and the next day I took it 50 minutes late at 4:50. Should I be worried? Or just keep using protection for a little?
