Super sore nipples since after period

Iam 7 days away from my period eer since may 31 i have had super sore breast the last three days my nipples have become extermly sensitive and hurt to touch or even place a heat pad on them i cannot cuddle my finace due to them being sensitive. Iv also been sleepig a cramp ton over the last three ish days iam 5 dpo  according to glow but i dont know when i ovulated. Because i couldnt afford ovulation test had ewcm around the 7th of june and have had  creamy cm for about 4 in a half days my bbt is 37.4 this morning iv had a head ach for four days now light cramps on right side coming and going  and not really that noticeable  lower back pain as well every time i sneezze my tits hurts somone give me and idea perido due june 29th  i have a 4 day period which was very light this cycle
