No progress in dilation

Just came back from my weekly appointment.. 38w2d been dilated 1 1/2 cm 30% effaced since last Monday with NO PROGRESS. Been having really bad back pain so I thought I was making progress but I guess not. My due date is 7/4 but he schedule a induction for 7/6 if she don't come naturally. I'm so discourage but at least I know there's a light at the end of the tunnel. I hope these last two weeks go back FAST! Only time will tell!
