At a loss

My doctor put me on some meds for pcos about a month ago. I got my period last month for just one day and started feeling off. I saw my doctor and she said she even thinks I might have gotten pregnant and she did a test in her office and b it was negative. She sent me to get my blood checked and I never got the results in over a week. I was suppose to get my period Thursday but haven't yet and took a test today that looked negative.... any ideas?
