Is it best to have sex every day or every other day or less in my fertile week? Trying so hard to get pregnant. Pregnant ladies or ladies with children feel free to tell me how you got pregnant.

Doctor told my sperm can take 24+ hours to replenish, although he does ejaculate it is just semen (fluid) and that's where people who have sex every day constantly make the mistake in TTC, you can have so much sex that nothing comes out sperm wise. Every other day worked for me

My doctor told me to have sex every other day from day 10 to day 20 of my cycle. No luck yet, but I've only been trying one month.

They say every other day gives the man time to create enough healthy sperm to make it to the finish line. Every day there might not be enough when he finishes (mostly fluid, not enough swimmers) especially if he doesn't make a lot of sperm to begin with. But don't go too long either, because then sperm are old and dying already. 2 to 3 days between bd is ideal.
