Any other ladies HOT all the time?!?!

How are you ladies beating the heat? My resting temp has gone up a good degree and boy do I feel it.  Sadly being a Farmer's wife I can't lay in the pool all day, it's wheat Harvest and I desperately want to help but I'm so hot I just can't stat out long. Drinking water and Gatorade like crazy.  Some ideas would be great!!!!!!

There are these things called frog togs, they're clothes that you activate with cool water and they stay not ice cold but close to it. My family uses them when they're baling hay and my husband works outside and uses them. You can lay them around your neck like a short scarf and they feel wonderful!

I was so miserable today I went outside and sprayed myself with the mist setting on the hose. I didn't know what else to do! Lol. I just stood there for like 5 minutes... My boys were cracking up. Then we had a water fight! 😉

Yes! I just found out I'm pregnant on Sunday, but looking back, I was having hot flashes all last week!

I got pregnant in the fall with my first so never had this issue! I get sooooo HOT even inside in the air it's miserable!

It was only like 82 yesterday where I live, I was out showing property and got WILDLY overheated. Luckily my so's car has airconditioning. Blah. Lots of water!

Yes!!!!! I'm too hot all the time. High humidity seems to make it worse.
