Spot! (Read my question)

Right I've been pregnant 3 times (two miscarriages and currently pregnant) and each time a spot has appeared in the middle of my belly.... It has only appeared when I've been pregnant and the rest of the time is just like a scar from a spot! Does anyone else experience a strange mark/spot that only comes up when pregnant?
