Does this mean I passed my glucose test?

So I took my glucose test about 3 weeks ago maybe a month ago and my doctor still hasn't called about the results. I called twice and left messages and none back. I haven't seen him since my glucose test either. Does this mean I passed?

Update: I switched docs today and it's funny cause then they called to let me know my glucose results. Turns out I did good and it came out normal! Thanks for all advice and everyone's opinions!
