So confused....help! ANY ADVICE? PLEASE!

Glow says I'm 12dpo last week I had 2 days of medium bleeding (my period is usually 4-5 days very heavy). I figured it was either implantation bleeding or my period was early.  I'm supposed to start my period today and I spotted for 2 hours this morning & that was it.  I've been nauseous with with a headache I can not get rid of.  The smell of food make me very nauseous and for the last 2 days I've had to urinate almost every hour.  I was almost positive I was pregnant, but the spotting today has really freaked me out.
