Could this be a false positive?

I'm currently 11dpo took test yesterday with FRER was negative. Told myself I wouldn't test again till af was late but while at target couldn't resist. It's the target brand I thought for FRER but the dye is blue so not sure. I know blue dyes are nutorious for evap lines. The second line showed up within the test time frame of 2 min. But thinking it coyld be faulty because control line didn't show up fully. Don't wanna get my hopes up.
