Hello everyone... I just crossed the 12 week mark and am feeling more at ease. I have 2 children already, but I have also had 2 MC's the second being at 10 weeks. All that being said I work remotely for a company therefore I cannot "sit" down with my boss to give them the news. What is your advice for letting my employer know I am expecting (phone call/email)? I basically have 2 bosses so do I attempt a conference call or just inform my primary report and expect them to share the news. I think if I ask for a conference they will get suspicious. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
