TMI: implantation bleeding??

or just spotting... I'm on my third day without any pills/ inactive pills. I had unprotected sex a week ago and throughout the past week and wasn't taking my pills consistently. this is the only thing I noticed. nothing on my underwear and no more on toilet paper after.
