Inverted Nipples

Both my nipples are inverted, but I really hope to breastfeed. Has anyone else had this issue, and can you recommend any tips/tricks that worked for you? I have started doing the Hoffman technique to try to draw them out, but I'd like to hear what's actually worked for others. And I'm talking truly inverted nipples, not just flat. I'm not due until December so I have plenty of time, but I want to do anything I can to increase my chances of success once the babies are born.
