So me and my fiancée have been trying to conceive for almost a year.. Well I can't explain it we don't use protection and we constantly talk about having a baby but I don't feel like we are financially stable yet. And he's also joined the marines but anyway enough about that. The problem is we've had unprotected sex and he constantly finishes inside up to now nothing has happened? We are slowly starting to wonder if there is something worth him or me. So I remember that in the beginning when we started being intimate I would bleed during sex at times (heavy bleeding) it was so weird. It would stop once we were done. And at times I would get horrible pains in my lower abdomen. I would freak out my gynecologist  said there didn't seem to be nothing wrong but now I'm starting to wonder if this has anything to do with that has it ever happened to anyone else? He thinks it might be him because before his mother tried having him she has a miss carriage and it took them 5 years to finally conceive. Appear fly it had to do with both of them. Father had low count and I believe the mother had cysts or something like that but I don't believe none of that can be hereditary. I'm just scared to go to the doctor because I feel like they are gonna try to make me try to get pregnant and I just want it to be naturally idk I may sound stupid but up to his point I'm not financially ready but that doesn't mean that I should t look at this more closely what if there is something wrong with my reproductive system or something
