Anyone ttc after one or more LEEP or cone surgery?

I have a LEEP in 2006, after my second son and went on to have my third child with no problems with my pregnancy or cervix dilating when it was supposed to, everything went great. In 2011 I had to have a bigger section of my cervix removed. Since 2012 I have been having unprotected sex with no luck getting pregnant. I'm worried I'm not producing CM because of all the scar tissue. Experiences??
