Ttc with kidney transplant

So I had a transplant and was on dialysis when I was younger. My husband and I are ttc but so scared I won't be able to get pregnant. We've been trying for almost a year and nothing yet. Also feeling attacked by friends saying I'm never going get pregnant and honestly I feel like crying. We are going to go see the specialist on Thursday and see what's wrong. Has anyone with kidney disease and a transplant gotten pregnant? I love to hear your stories. I feel hopeless and need some baby dust and prayers sent our way. Thank you ladies.
