TMI : my friend sent me this

Ok so my very close friend of mine sent me this picture. She said it happened a week after her period. She's trying to conceive, she just got off of birth control. I told her she might be ovulating...but she got her period on time just a day late. And she said she's been having sex like crazy but still got her period so idk.
