I've never been in love before I'm 25 years old and don't know what it's like to be I love.

I've dated before but it was just dating I never was like oh I love him it was always I like him. My fairly new boyfriend of 4 months told me he has falling in love with me and said I love you. But I didn't say it back because I don't know if I do I like him a lot but to say I love you I'm not sure. How will I know if I love him? What changes? So my question is tell me how you knew you were in love with your SO? What changed? How does it feel?
