Ovulation
I was wondering if there was a way to tell if you are ovulating ? 
Lately AF has been reasonably regular (touch wood not to jynx it ) but I know that just because they're regular doesn't mean I'm ovulating I was just wondering if there was a more reliable way of doing it or is it just guessing and BDing as much as possible ?
Is it a combination of both ferning and bbt ?
What other techniques are there ?
