Why do I feel sick? :(

Me & my boyfriend have been TTC for about a year. It's been difficult due to the fact that I was on depo (1-13 to 3-14) I got off the shot 3-14& got my first period 8-14 & another one January-15 and that was my last one. I started taking vitex but I would forget about it for a few days and go back to it and forget again I started taking 2 a day everyday and like all week  I feel sick like nasious and a small headache and my boobs hurt a little. I don't want to test too early if it's nothing because I always get my hopes up & it's always a BFN 😒 also is there any success stories with Vitex Chasteberry? :)
