Feel raw "down there"

Hey ladies!

Back with my million questions lol

I'm 12 weeks and my lady bits feel raw. Anybody else? Not inside just on the outside. I'm having normal discharge & odor. Me and my husband had sex today and it wasn't painful. What could this be? I've had BV & a yeast infection and it's nothing like either of those
