Prednisone while pregnant

Hello. I'm 17 weeks pregnant and I have bronchitis. Due to being allergic to most antiobiotics that are safe during pregnancy, all they could do was give me prednisone to help breathe better and help suppress the coughing and pain in my lungs. In addition to my asthma meds as well. So my regular doctor said it was okay to take for only a couple days (4) and my Obgyn said they same, so I know I should trust them. But I do also know it's a category C drug, which means risk has not been ruled out during pregnancy. So if anyone has been on it or any experience with it while pregnant any advice would be welcomed!
