Oral progesterone... Help!!

I'm still bleeding with horrible cramps. This is my second day taking them. I believe it said 200mg twice a day. And I now have (tmi) diarrhea, I threw up yesterday, hot flashes on occasion and I'm just tired and hungry(normal for pregnancy lol),but not the diarrhea and hot flashes.. Any home remedies? Besides sticking my head to the freezer and taping my butt to the toilet? :-( :-( I'm miserable and as always, worried
