Judging your flow
How do you ladies judge your menstrual flow? How can you tell whether it's light, medium, or heavy? Especially when wearing tampons... When I was a teen I could easily fill a pad within a few hours but now I only notice my period when I use the restroom I'll bleed heavily but never on to my pad.. Anyone else have a flow like this?
