So confused??

So the most weirdest thing just happened, I've been having pregnancy symptoms for a while done tests they was negative, gave up and thought well I'm obviously not, but I just was rubbing my stomache and a couple seconds after it was like I got a kick on one side of my stomache. It reminded me of when I was pregnant with my first. But I don't know how I could be pregnant if all my tests are negative. Has anyone else had this before?
