Husband feels pressured

We are in are 30s and have decided to start a family. My husband feels pressured to "perform" during my fertile week. We normally do not have sex during the work week since both of us have demanding careers. Naturally, my fertile week is during the week and we're supposed to be having sex every other day. I can tell that he is very nervous and is feeling pressured, since sex is no longer spontaneous.
