Sciatica relief please!?

Anyone have anything I can do to help with sciatica!? My legs are in so much pain from my butt down and I can't sleep and I'm so uncomfortable please help!

I only get relief on my hands and knees letting my belly fall and hang. That's the only way I can get him to not hurt me.
