Otc treatments for yeast infections?

I think I might have a yeast infection. I usually get itchy around ovulation and I had a little itchiness around then like normal but it's not going away. Last night me and so had sex and when he went to pee he said his junk was sore and it was red and I've been really sore since. Not really itchy though. We weren't going hard or anything either. But I also don't have a smell or discharge happening. I don't have insurance currently so I can't go to the doctor.
