Vitex while on clomid?

I read and was told that taking vitex while on clomid will actually counteract each other and neither will help. Anyone have any expert advice on the topic? And anyone know what to take to help conceive while on clomid?

I heard that vitex cancels out clomid as well. I got pregnant off my third month of clomid, we started using preseed every time and idk if it helped at all or not but I kept my legs up for about 10 minutes after sex and either way, I just found out I'm pregnant! Good luck!

My doctor told me that and not to take vitex while using clomid.

You are not supposed to. They can feel each other out sometimes apparently. I took vitex up until CD 9 this month with Clomid and stopped immediately. Just got my blood results back and I did in fact ovulate.
