Implantation cramps?

I'm 7dpo and the last two evenings I've felt something on my right side. It's different than my AF cramps, it honestly reminded me of the pain I felt when I had an ectopic pregnancy except in only last for a few minutes and not as severe. I was just wondering if anyone had implantation cramps or maybe I'm just being over dramatic, I just want my rainbow baby so bad.
