I went in for my annual exam and to find out why I haven't had a period in 9 months

I went in for my annual exam and to find out why I haven't had a period in 9 months. They had me do a pregnancy test. And they tell me it came back as a faint positive. Doctor did Pap smear then brought in an ultrasound machine and yup sure enough there was a baby. He measured me at 19 weeks. I was speechless and shocked that I was for sure pregnant. He also told me that he's pretty sure it's a girl. I'm still in shock
